This anniversary issue is dedicated to topics related to ancient Greek philosophy and contemporary Greek dance culture, aiming to raise awareness of the relationship between dance and interdisciplinary scholarship, and discuss the role of dance policy and advocacy in the 21st century. These cross-disciplinary dialogues are focused on embodied experience and advocate its role in contemporary performance.

The first issue of the journal will include an article by Graham McFee, Professor of Philosophy (Chelsea School, University of Brighton; Department of Philosophy, California State University, Fullerton, USA), and member of the International Editorial Board of Choros International Dance Journal.
